2. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued if:
More than 7 days have passed since your purchase and you do not meet the 60-day Pass Guarantee conditions described above.
More than 60 days have passed since your purchase date.
You failed the skills test, driving test, or pre-trip inspection — our service covers the written knowledge test only.
Your account was suspended for violations of our Terms of Service.
Attach: A clear photo (JPG or PNG) of your official DMV written test result showing your name, test date, and FAIL result. No PDFs or scans required — a phone photo is accepted.
